These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelTrim Studio website and image editing services. By submitting an order, free trial, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
PixelTrim Studio provides manual image editing services, including clipping path, image masking, retouching, ghost mannequin, color change, and related services as described on our website.
Our free trial offer allows up to the advertised number of images to be edited at no charge, subject to reasonable use. We reserve the right to limit or decline trial requests that appear abusive or unrelated to genuine evaluation of our services.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any images you submit to us for editing, and that submitting them for editing does not infringe any third party's rights. You retain ownership of your original and edited images.
Pricing is per image as shown on our pricing page or as confirmed in a custom quote. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. We do not use recurring subscriptions unless explicitly agreed.
We aim to deliver edited images within the turnaround time stated on our website (typically 24–48 hours), and include a set number of revisions as described for your order. Delivery times may vary for large batches or complex edits, and we will communicate any changes.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for work already completed are handled on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to [email protected] to discuss your situation.
You agree not to submit images or requests that are unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have rights to. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Our services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, PixelTrim Studio's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
